The Queer Resource Network is growing, and we are looking for volunteers who want to help build stronger, more connected 2SLGBTQIA+ communities across Canada.

As a Why We March initiative, the QRN is being developed as a national resource-sharing network for 2SLGBTQIA+ organizations, grassroots groups, community leaders, and volunteers. Our goal is to make practical tools, templates, policies, facilitation guides, and community resources easier to access, adapt, and use.

We are currently looking for volunteers to support areas such as resource development, partnerships and outreach, digital systems, membership engagement, accessibility, communications, and design.

Volunteers will help shape the foundation of the QRN by supporting the development of resources, connecting with community organizations, strengthening our online resource library, and helping ensure that our materials are inclusive, accessible, and useful for diverse communities.

This is a meaningful opportunity for people who care about 2SLGBTQIA+ advocacy, community-building, equity, and long-term capacity-building. Whether you have experience in nonprofit work, design, writing, outreach, accessibility, education, technology, or simply a passion for helping community organizations thrive, we would love to hear from you.

By volunteering with the QRN, you will be part of building infrastructure that supports the people and organizations doing important work in their communities.

Those interested in volunteering with the Queer Resource Network are encouraged to reach out and learn more about current opportunities.
